WEATHER WARNING
- March 2001
Heavy rain expected for next few months Alan has now picked up his new Hayabusa and it hasn't stopped raining since! So
much so that he has only done a few miles on it and reckons it won't be due its first 600
mile service until August, that's August 2002. He was recently quoted as saying
"Mines a chocolate Stewart....... Wake up, Stewart!"
The reply sounded a little like "ducks off" but there again I am going
slightly deaf!

WEATHER WARNING UPDATE 11 - Jan
04 Snow on roads causes upset
Having got the bus out for a quick ride on a sunny winters day,
the weather took an unusual turn for the worse. But instead of
rain, the south of England was covered in snow, deep and crisp and
even. And what happens
with a bike and snow? Yes you guessed it - the road came up and
hit Alan! Stewart is inspecting the damage and preparing the £1456
estimate.
WEATHER WARNING UPDATE 12 - May 04
Alan's introduction to a new 1400
Just try this for size - it will compliment the Bus
sitting in the garage and look its not raining. This will get
rid of the jinx of the Bus and bad weather. We could go away on
hols on it. What do you think?
WEATHER WARNING UPDATE 13 - June 04
And here is today's forecast as read by
Mrs Coombes
Today will be fine as well as tomorrow and the rest of
the summer as I'm now going out with Alan for some trips away on
the new GSX1400.
Possibly a touring holiday of Cornwall.
WEATHER WARNING UPDATE 14 - August 04
Serious weather ahead
Alan is pleading to go away and visit Boscastle in
Cornwall for a few days with his good lady. She finally agreed
and the rest is history, the wettest summer for absolutely ages.
We have promised to let the coastguard helicopters know in
advance next time he thinks of such a trip!
